Ingredients:
--1 chamomile tea bag
--1 cup or mug 8-12oz water
--Juice of 1/2 lemon
--1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
--1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Add boiling water to cup and add chamomile tea bag
Add all other ingredients to cup
Steep for 10 minutes
drink 30 minutes before bed
