Keto Friendly Cheeseburger Casserole



Mix together:

1 pound hamburger browned and drained
1/2 pkg cream cheese

Spread meat mixture evenly in casserole dish

Mix separately:
3 eggs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

Spread egg mixture on top of meat mixture

Spread hamburger dill slices evenly on top of that

cut remaining pkg of cream cheese into cubes and place on top of that

3-4 pieces of Bacon crumbled and sprinkled on top of that.

Grated Cheddar Cheese on top of that

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cheese should be slightly browned and bubbly.
